David J Reiss, PhD

I am currently a Data Management Research Scientist for the Large Synoptic Survey Telescope, at the University of Washington dept. of Astronomy. I research algorithms and develop software for image subtraction and transient detection. I am interested in detection of all kinds of transients, particularly supernovae.
